The pool was also very refreshing during these 5 days for our first trip to Texas and there is no where else I would want to stay in the future. The entire lobby was always spotlessly clean and so was the pool, gym area, and elevators. Finally you have the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. She is kind, hard working, caring, funny, and understanding. She would engage in conversation and interact with her guests. On the day of this review which is breakfast included: Banana bread waffles Reg waffles Blueberry muffins Biscuits Eggs Sausage Multiple other bagels and breads Juices Oatmeal Cereal And more I woke up around 5:55 every morning and when the gym key card was not working Joy was there to help me every single time. They have a complimentary breakfast which was incredible. Our room was clean, beds were made nicely, when we put the do not disturb ticket on our door and left for an entire day three days in a row no one entered our room and they even left a not in the door stating that we could ask for the cleaning later on.
